Coorie Terms & Conditions
Booking
The full amount is payable at the time of booking a course (via bookwhen.com) to confirm a place.
Booking forms must be completed upon booking by parents/carers attending any Coorie course. By booking a course, you hereby agree to our Terms & Conditions.
It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform the instructor of any changes to the consent form on a weekly basis prior to the start of the class.
During class
Please be mindful of others in the class, please try to arrive on time as far as possible (I do understand this can be tricky with little ones!) and notify me via email, WhatsApp or text message if you may be late or cannot attend.
Please have mobile phones on silent/vibrate and limit phone use and phone calls during class.
Please be aware that any information shared by members of the class should be treated as confidential and not shared beyond the group.
Photographs
You are welcome to take photographs of your baby during a baby massage or yoga class but please only take photographs of yourself and your own child. If another family raises concerns that they or their baby have been photographed without their consent, you will be asked to delete the image.
On booking, we gain your consent to use photographs and videos taken of you and your child on social media, website, and for advertising purpose. If you have declined consent, this will be respected.
If you take any photographs of your child and you are happy to have them shared to our social media and website, please email them to me clareatcoorie@gmail.com Alternatively, please share to your social media page and tag @thecooriespace.
We may ask to take photographs during class; this will be to use on social media, our website and any promotional work we create. Your baby will never be shown naked in the photo.
Refunds & class cancellations
In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel a class we will give you as much warning as possible via email, WhatsApp or text message. Where possible we will endeavour to reschedule the class, or offer you a full refund.
If a class or one-off workshop needs to be rescheduled for 'Acts of God' i.e. snow or covid and the attendee is unable to attend the alternative date, no refund will be provided. If it is not possible to reschedule the session, a refund will be provided.
Refunds are at Coorie’s discretion. No refunds are issued for missed classes.
If you are unable to attend your full booked course, I require two weeks notice. Refunds are given at my discretion.
Other
Your contact information and family details will not be shared with any third parties. We reserve the right to update fees and terms and conditions in the future.
Coorie and class venue owners cannot accept liability for items lost or stolen whilst on the premises. Please leave valuables at home.
Lost property will be kept for two weeks before being disposed of.It is not possible to book for a partial term.
There may be times when it might be unsafe for you to partake in a class in line with the booking health questionnaire, and full explanation will be given.
As classes take place on the floor, please wear comfortable clothing for all Coorie classes.
